Poom provides a community where users can join neighbors and share their baked goods. I joined poom this 2023 as a UXUI and Visual Designer and this app was launched July 2023. I spent about 16 weeks working closely with CEO - Product manager and 2 of the main engineers.

About the project
The name Poom is derived from a korean word Poom-ah-shi which illustrates the culture of sharing goods, talents, labor and resources.
Poom is dedicated to do many things, but the core of it is to bring the ‘poom-ah-shi’ culture back - to live neighborly by sharing breads and to do it well. All the baked goods are free. The apps is currently available NYC and NJ only, we try to find the product market fit and NYC is the perfect place to start the micro interaction.
