Internal Rebranding
OVERVIEW

A few years ago, Tesla's internal branding lacked clear standards. The brand guidelines were minimal, with primarily grey text on white backgrounds, making all communication and marketing visuals appear similar, despite each program being unique. To address this, I led a comprehensive rebranding initiative aimed at enhancing internal communication branding and solving the challenges employees experienced with the existing visual identity.
